Add the app to your home screen — takes 30 seconds
If you're reading this on your phone, you're already in the right place.
It's the square with an arrow pointing up. On most iPhones it's at the bottom of Safari; on older iPhones it's at the top.
You'll see a list of options. Scroll the list down past Copy, Print, etc. — "Add to Home Screen" is in the second row.
The name "Impact" is already filled in for you. Just tap Add.
Close Safari and look at your home screen. The Impact app icon (yellow cross on dark background) is now there. Tap it to open the driver app.
The first time you sign in, the app will ask "Impact Driver Would Like to Send You Notifications". Tap Allow — this is how dispatch notifies you about new trips.
Sign in with your Driver ID (IMP####) and PIN. The app works just like a regular installed app from now on.

Chrome usually shows a popup at the bottom of the screen that says "Install Impact Driver". If you see it, tap Install and skip to step 5.
It's in the top-right corner of Chrome (next to the address bar).
The exact wording depends on your Chrome version. Both options do the same thing.
Chrome will confirm: "Install Impact Driver?" — tap Install. The app icon goes to your home screen and your app drawer.
The first time you sign in, the app will ask permission to send notifications. Tap Allow — this is how dispatch notifies you about new trips.
Sign in with your Driver ID (IMP####) and PIN. The app behaves just like one you'd download from the Play Store.
